Another week - that means the summer is slowly slipping away BUT that also means I am 1/4 of the way through my mini-term. Woohoo! This week we went for easy but they are some of our favorites. And we tried our hand at homemade pulled pork - success! Here is our plan...
Saturday - Teriyaki Chicken, Fried Rice, and Chinese Chicken Salad
Sunday - Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Cole Slaw, and Fries. Cooked a Boston Butt in the crockpot all day.
Monday - Kraut & Weinies, Mac n Cheese, Pinto Beans, and Cornbread (carbing it up!)
Tuesday - Homemade Pizza with Pepperoni and Hamburger
Wednesday - Nachos
Thursday - Pancakes
Friday - Grocery Night or Movie Night (not yet determined which)
