I'm recommitting to running in 2014 and I'm creating this log to both help me stay movitated and keep me accountable.  Right now my goals are simple - just get out there and move.  But as the year progresses, I would love to do a certain amount of miles per month.

1/25/14 - 1.5 miles
1/26/14 - 1.5 miles
