Goals for This Week

The best way to stay accountable is to let others know my goals.  It's important to document your goals and then see where you excelled or failed.  Here are my goals for this week:

-Log food into My Fitness Pal

-Check blood sugar at least twice daily.

-Run three times (ideally Tuesday/Thursday/Sunday)

-Drink more than 50oz of water everyday.  This is a struggle sometimes but it shouldn't be!

-Plan a lower calorie menu for next week.

-Stay AWAY from Halloween candy!
