Hubs and I did not stay on plan last week! In fact, we blew it out of the water!! So, this week is basically a repeat from last week!!
Saturday - Dinner with sweet friend from out of town. Olive Garden!
Sunday - Dinner with in-laws. We had grilled chicken, baked potatoes, baked beans, and bread.
Monday - Memorial Day!! Shrimp Po-boys (recipe coming), slaw, and hushpuppies
Tuesday - Savory Chicken Casserole, Hungry Girl's Fried Green Tomatoes, another veggie
Wednesday - Homemade Pizza and Salad
Thursday - Grilled chicken with Lawry's marinade (review later), asian slaw, pinto beans, cornbread
Friday - Grocery Day! Big family reunion on Saturday so lots of cooking!
